Bollywood actress Tanisha is making her debut in Telugu. Sources close to the unit informed us that she has signed NTR starrer Kantri. The film has Hansika Motwani as the female lead while Tanisha steps in as the second lead opposite NTR.Earlier Jiah Khan and Riya Sen were considered for this role. Produced by Ashwini Dutt and directed by Meher Ramesh, the film has already completed 50 percent of shoot. Tanisha is Kajol's sister and is better known for her dare bare attitude. She had acted in Hindi films like Neil 'n' Nikki and also did Unnale Unnale a Tamil film which was later dubbed into Telugu as Nee Valle Nee Valle with debutant Vinay.
